Thank you for supporting TeachRock. Every purchase helps bring music-based learning resources into classrooms across the country. We want you to be happy with your order, and we will always do our best to make things right if something isn’t as expected.

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in the same condition you received them
• Be in the original packaging
• Include proof of purchase

Items returned after 30 days may not be eligible for a refund.

Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace it. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable or digital products
• Final sale items

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as TeachRock cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
